Kingston Meadows units will be available in two different basic layouts. The plan will determined once construction has begun. After this point, the buyer will have the choice of 4 different finish pacakges. Look closely at the floorplans below. The exterior of the house, however is not dependent on the floor plan. You can choose either exterior with either floorplan.

Unless confirmed in writing, Central Sound Construction reserves the right to substitue complimentary alternates based on supply available to finish construction.
